Displacement needs to be enabled in Unreal Engine 5.1 before using the material.
Also remember to enable the nanite on the mesh you want to use.
To enable nanite
Open and Edit default engine.ini
Add the following commands under
[/Script/Engine.RendererSettings]
r.Nanite.AllowTessellation=1
r.Nanite.Tessellation=1
In the material tab you will also need to ramp up the settings to see the displacement. (see the video)
